The reason you’ve heard that detoxes can make people break out is that they do, but not all the time. If it’s a standard colon cleanse, it has a lower chance of doing it, but the whole body cleanses will clean out everything including the pores (which is what makes you break out). They doesn’t always make everyone break out, but it’s entirely possible.

From the sound of the title, it sounds like it’s closer to a whole body cleanse than a colon cleanse, so I would suggest waiting if you don’t want to risk a breakout. Good luck!
